Acceptance of terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Fleetora app and website (together, the "Service"), operated by Fleetora. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Description of service
Fleetora is a fleet management tool that helps you register vehicles, assign drivers, and track payments related to those vehicles. Fleetora is a record-keeping and organizational tool.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- Let us know right away at support@fleetora.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Acceptable use
When using Fleetora, you agree not to:
- Enter false or misleading vehicle, driver or payment information with intent to deceive another party
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes on someone else's rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
Payment tracking is not payment processing
Fleetora records payment status; it does not move money. Marking a payment as "Paid" or "Confirmed" in the app reflects what you or your driver reported — Fleetora does not verify, guarantee, process, or hold funds on behalf of any user.
Any dispute about whether a payment was actually made or received is between the fleet owner and the driver. Fleetora is a record of that conversation, not a party to it.
Fleet, driver and vehicle data
As a fleet owner or manager, you're responsible for having the right to collect and enter driver information (such as names and phone numbers) into Fleetora, and for using that information appropriately.
Fees
Fleetora may offer free and paid plans. If you subscribe to a paid plan, pricing and billing terms will be presented to you at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Intellectual property
The Fleetora name, logo, app and website are owned by Fleetora and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding beyond what's needed to use the Service normally.
Termination
You can stop using Fleetora and delete your account at any time — see Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Service or other users.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost, though we work hard to keep things running reliably.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fleetora is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including disputes between fleet owners and drivers over payments.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
